OUR MISSION

We believe that children thrive in an environment which values their own uniqueness, while providing support and opportunities to grow emotionally, socially and creatively. By building on each child’s strengths, interests and curiosities, we guide each child to explore the world around them as well as develop new abilities and form close relationships. We focus specifically on Hillsboro School District entry requirements for Kindergartens and above. We have excellent resources and classes we frequently take to encourage the use of fine motor skills as well as interacting with one another in different situations. We encourage independence,  but also the necessary use of teamwork. We highly encourage the use of Spanish speaking in the classrooms starting in age 2, as most of our staff is bilingual. We want every child to feel as though Briar Rose is a home away from home and are able to leave feeling edified and enriched. We strive for Briar Rose to be the best childcare facility in the Hillsboro Area. We employ only the best staff, and rely on love and compassion to help these children thrive.
